Annual Membership dues are $35
Family Membership dues are $40

ECRC's Yearly budget is 100% derived from our Membership dues and racing activities. Our Members are all volunteers and help on a regular basis.
Other than the use of the facility, the County does not provide any funding whatsoever to the organisation.

Membership Dues & Benefits

We need you to become members to help with the club and keep the facility going.

It is volunteering and no one will force you to do anything. Whatever you can contribute will be more than welcomed. The more people are involved the more we can spread the tasks around and lighten the load for all those involved. Again do as much or as little as you can but participate as a member. As a private club our forum will also become private and only members will have access to posting. We welcome comments, input and dissent but from members that are actually involved with the club and the facility. We need another crew of members to run races as well in the event that others are not available.

That said YOU DO NOT HAVE to be a member if you choose not to.

Your Dues help the club with its expenses in:

·Keeping the facility opened and maintained.
·Maintaining our tools and equipment.
·Facility Improvements.
·Track Changes
·Purchasing Gas for our power equipment
·Rentals.
·Club Promotion & Communications.
·Website Hosting.

What You Get: (Important) Consider that you are giving to a good cause too, one that actually serves your needs and Hobby.

·A track in the first place.
·Member discounted fee of $5 on Wednesday practice Day. Regular fee for non members is $10.
·Member discount of $2 off first entry of all club races.
·Let your voice be heard at club meetings and on the ECRC's private forum.
·A professional website that keeps you informed and allows you to interact with your peers.
·Chat Board ID and Member ID cards
·Timed test and tune practices (Personal Transponder required)
·Member's family day cook outs
·Take part in making track changes
·Take part in racing at other local tracks as a Team East Coast R/C member

All members should have a ROAR membership.
