Off road club races are promoted by East Coast RC Club. Due to the low turn outs and the recent changes in the Board we are changing our club racing and practice schedule until further notice. Club races will be held ONCE a month on the 1st weekend of the month (with notice we may use the 3rd weekend instead) any change will be announced on the homepage of the site or on our forum. Race fee is $15.00 except for special events and series races. Practice will be held on Wednesdays and Sundays and all day on the 3rd Saturday of the month (with notice we may use the 1st weekend instead) any change will be announced on the homepage of the site or on our forum.

Practice times are:

Wednesdays 6pm-9pm

Sundays 6pm-9pm, (4pm-9pm for Members Only)

Saturdays 9am-4pm (Non Racing Saturday)

Practice fees are:

Wednesdays -$5.00 for Members and $10 for non members.

Sundays -free to the general public and members.

Saturdays (Non Racing Saturday)-$5.00 for Members and $10 for non members.

•It is Mandatory for ALL facility users to first sign in with the practice managers Mike Garay, Mike Elkhart, Al Weathers or any designated substitutes.

•We must check ALL FREQUENCIES before you turn your radios on!!!
EVEN IF YOU ARE USING SPEKTRUM 2.4GHZ.

•In addition to paying your entry fee, Signing Up is a safety check measure! It is for your safety and protection and that of your equipment as well. You will not be happy if your $300 motor blows up or your car is in pieces because someone else is on your frequency.

•You are not authorized to run your vehicles without SIGNING UP FIRST. No more of "I'll do it in a minute when I am done with my run". Sign up first and then run.

•FOR THEIR SAFETY, NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BOARDS ESPECIALLY NOT TURN MARSHALLING!!! CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING NEAR THE TRACK BOUNDARIES AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO CARS THAT MAY JUMP THE TRACK. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR YOUNG ONES AND KEEP THEM SAFE.

•So in order to conform to our Liability Insurance we were asked to increase the membership base at the facility by our insurance company.
•Recent surveys of tracks in and around central Florida, showed that most tracks run $10 practices these include Bithlo, Bartow, Lake Park, Pax and others. Some of them have a membership discount and others don't but ALL of them have a fee so that they may maintain and operate their facility.

·              •ABSOLUTELY No alcohol, No Drugs.

·               •Smoking is permitted but please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

·              •Dispose of your trash properly.

·              •Do not dump fuel on the grounds.

·              •Be courteous to one another; remember this is for fun…

·              •During race events, overnight parking is permitted, but no camping.

By entering the track facilities, an event, a race or a practice with East Coast R/C Club Inc. you, your children and members of your party agree that the use of the facilities is at your own risk and  therefore you, your children and members of your party agree TO HOLD HARMLESS "East Coast R/C Club Inc, Daytona Racing Association Inc, Volusia County, Event Promoters,  club members and the board.
